This print was featured in a blog post by North Shore Heritage. The writer did an excellent job in researching the background of this print.

"The impressive woodcut print shown above is the work of local artist Rick Herdman. The image shows the Lonsdale Ferry landing in 1917. It comes from a photograph taken by the artist’s great uncle and early Vancouver photographer, William John Moore, 1887-1963. The photo was discovered by the artist among a collection of Moore’s photographs in the basement of the North Vancouver home of the artist’s grandmother."

– Image is 7.25″x30.25″ (18.5cmx77cm) on paper sized 11″x34″ (28cmx86cm) this should fit into a standard frame of that has 5 5″x7″ images. A matt would need to be made.
– The paper is Stonehenge acid free white.
– Limited edition of 25 and each piece is numbered, titled and signed.
– Packed in a roll.
– Because of size I can’t ship a matt for this print. If you are unable to find a framing place to mat this print, please contact me and we can work out something by increasing the shipping costs.
